Pawan Kalyan eventually got married in 1997 with Nandini,she is from Vizag(north andra).But,they got seperated due to personal reasons.After that,Nandini filed a case against him in the 1st Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate court in Vizag. She also filed anothercase in Vizag family court seeking maintenance. Nandini, who hails from Peda Waltair in Vizag, says Pawan married her on May 17, 1997.

She had also named Pawan's parents Venkat Rao and Anjana Devi, Chiranjeevi, his wife Surekha, Pawan's current wife Renu Desai, Nagababu, his wife Padmaja, Allu Aravind and other family members in her case under Section 494 of the IPC. Nandini asked a maintenance of Rs 5 lakh per month. Nandini's affidavit states that Pawan Kalyan deserted her after marriage.

Claiming to be the wife of Pavan Kalyan, Nandini contended that he married Renu Desai without divorcing her and sought a monthly alimony of Rs 5 lakh.
